AdventHealth Longwood in Florida is seeking an operations professional to oversee staff, budgeting, and patient experience in a busy center. Requires RN/LPN/MA background, radiography knowledge, and strong communication.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise front desk and clinical support tasks, and coordinate service lines like eCare and Kids Urgent Care. AdventHealth emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care as part of extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.

Formación

• RN/LPN/MA practices knowledge required.
• Radiographic procedures knowledge required.
• POC lab testing knowledge required.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• English communication ability required.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, staff, orient, train, discipline, and evaluate personnel per policy.
• Manage fiscal operations including budget, cost, revenue, accounts payable.
• Review time and attendance; monitor staffing, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Ensure patient experience standards; maintain safe, efficient center operations.
• Maintain regulatory licensure/accreditation compliance and QA program.
• Investigate complaints and apply corrective actions with appropriate parties.
• Communicate with corporate clients to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure timely reporting.
• Perform front desk duties, drug screens, and clinical support duties.
• Oversee additional service lines including eCare and Kids’ Urgent Care.
