Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive medical management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and administer policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of patient care processes and registration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice location.
• Manage front-end accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes.
• Supervise clerical and support staff; coordinate staffing and patient flow.
• Support performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Direct medical records management and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and admin team.
• Participate in interviews and hiring recommendations.
