Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years of progressive medical management experience may substitute.
• Experience managing patient registration, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Ability to supervise front desk staff and coordinate with clinicians.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement rules.
• Ability to use computers and office software to manage records and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and administration of policies and procedures for Center operations.
• Supervise patient care activities, registration, collections management, and staff training.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurse practitioners on patient flow and daily assignments.
• Support performance improvement and patient safety activities.
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and budgeting support.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and ensure accurate medical records.
