Piedmont Medical Care Corporation seeks an experienced administrator to manage two practices in Aiken and Graniteville. You will oversee administrative and clinical activities, working with the Director of Physician Operations to implement programs and ensure business plan attainment.

The role requires leadership in a health-care setting, with a focus on efficient daily operations, staff supervision, and collaboration with area directors and physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a closely related field is required.
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree is accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

• Supports the day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of a practice.
• Supervises and evaluates the practice staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Ensures an effective operating environment with safe, efficient services for patients, physicians, and staff.
