Job summary

Greenbrook Medical Hudson Clinic is seeking a Center Manager to run daily operations, lead a 3–8 Medical Assistant team, and coordinate with physicians to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, supplies, and performance analytics, turning data into actionable improvements. This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a patient-first mindset in a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Healthcare operations experience managing a medical office, clinic, or similar setting.
• Proven people leadership with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patient-first judgment with empathy and sound operational decisions.
• Experience using KPIs, reports, and budgets to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of 3–8 Medical Assistants and develop performance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, delegation, timesheets, and performance.
• Run day-to-day clinic operations, facilities, supplies, and tech readiness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA policy adherence.
• Improve patient experience and resolve concerns with urgency.
• Monitor KPIs, patient panels, utilization, and budget; turn insights into actions.
