Santa Rosa Medical Group is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of a Cantonment, FL clinic, ensuring efficient patient care and staff performance. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.

The Manager I, Clinics will lead a team of clinicians and administrative staff, drive quality improvements, and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive, efficient care delivery.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and ensures timely invoicing.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains patient privacy.
• Monitors budgets and vendor contracts for cost-effective operations.
• Collaborates with leadership to improve service delivery and outcomes.
