Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working as a Primary Care Clinician in a team; ideally in an FQHC or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Support medical director by improving services and organizing site meetings.
• Improve access to care, recruit providers, and manage PTO conflicts.
• Mentor new providers and conduct clinician reviews.
• Ensure clinic operations align with SRCH standards and collaborate with leadership.
