Job summary

Mayfield Clinic, Inc. is seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to oversee assigned clinical locations and key operational functions.

You will partner with physicians, APPs, and staff to drive excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement while supporting patient care. Reporting to the COO, you will contribute to strategic initiatives and may oversee Compliance, Telecommunications, and EMR template design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in MHSA, MBA, or related health field.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare practice management experience.
• Experience managing a multi-physician practice and APPS preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of assigned clinical location(s) and related functions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and staff to drive efficiency and patient care.
• Lead strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Develop goals, monitor progress, and manage workforce planning and development.
• Create and modify EMR templates and oversee on-call schedules.
