Optima Medical is seeking a highly organized, people-focused Office Manager to lead a primary care clinic location in Arizona. This role oversees daily clinic operations and ensures a smooth, patient-centered experience.

The Office Manager will supervise clinical and administrative staff—including Medical Assistants and Front Desk team members—while supporting providers and maintaining workflow efficiency. The Office Manager will ensure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW), maintain compliance

Qualifications

• MA certificate or diploma required.
• Experience supervising clinical or administrative staff preferred.
• Experience in medical office management or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of primary care or outpatient workflows.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• High school diploma required; additional medical or business education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations for efficient patient flow.
• Lead Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff; supervise scheduling and HR tasks.
• Ensure onboarding and training of new employees.
• Support providers and maintain EMR workflows with eCW.
• Monitor compliance with clinic policies and quality standards.
• Track clinic metrics and patient satisfaction; act as on-site contact.
• Address escalated patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to keep the clinic operational.
