Job summary

The Practice Manager will develop clinic goals with the Director of Operations, drive improvements in patient flow, and provide coaching for team development while ensuring excellent guest

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a medical office setting.
• 1 year of experience supervising staff.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using an EHR system.
• BA/BS degree or long tenure as a clinic lead/manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, orient and train clinic team members to ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Develop, communicate and lead execution of clinic goals and objectives.
• Make recommendations to improve clinic flow and processes and implement changes.
• Manage daily clinic operations, performance, and guest/visitor issues.
• Provide performance feedback and mentoring for promotion opportunities.
• Monitor guest flow, keep guests informed and reduce wait times where possible.
• Manage upkeep of interior/exterior areas and coordinate vendor signages.
• Ensure compliance, audits, safety precautions, and clinic opening/closing processes.
• Manage clinic inventory and team schedules including PTO requests.
