Responsibilities

• Supervise, orient and train clinic team members to ensure policy adherence and service standards.
• Develop, communicate and lead execution of clinic goals and objectives with DO.
• Improve clinic flow and processes in collaboration with DO.
• Manage daily clinic operations including performance and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and inventory management.
