Job summary

Frontier Direct, LLC is hiring a Practice Operations Manager in Austin, TX. You will bridge company goals with clinic realities, overseeing daily operations and a team of APPs and Medical Assistants, while ensuring world-class member and employer engagement.

You will collaborate with Medical Directors and HR to hire, train, and optimize clinic performance, workflows, and patient relations, traveling between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations or clinic management.
• 2+ years direct people leadership experience.
• Experience leading clinical or clinical-support staff in fast-paced clinics.
• Track record of improving clinic operations and metrics.
• On-site leadership with hands-on management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and the clinic team (APPs and MAs).
• Ensure alignment with company goals and drive clinic excellence.
• Partner with Medical Directors on staff development and clinical skills.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring needs, retention risks, and attrition.
• Drive ROI, Population Health, and care coordination initiatives.
