Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopaedic setting.
• Demonstration of leadership role/activity in previous position(s).
• Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient care and personnel management.
• Oversee physician relations and financial management.
• Lead mentorship programs, residency and fellowship initiatives, and contribute to recruitment efforts.
