Job summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking a Clinic Administrator to oversee daily operations at the Hiawatha Pecks Landing Express and Cedar Rapids Lindale Express Clinics. This role ensures efficient office performance, compliance with policies, and high-quality patient care.

You will lead staff, manage scheduling, finances, and provider relationships, and partner with leadership to drive improvement and a culture of belonging across the clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or a combination of education and experience.
• Business and/or health care management degree preferred.
• Master’s degree in business or health care management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full authority over daily operations.
• Provide leadership within the clinic to ensure effective, efficient office operations and staff training.
• Oversee day-to-day management including scheduling, staffing, and policies.
• Coordinate and monitor financial operations, payroll, accounts payable, and reporting.
• Establish communication with staff, providers, and leadership to improve quality of care and operations.
