Job summary

Adventist Health Clear Lake is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to manage day-to-day clinic operations. You will work with physicians, nursing staff, and other personnel to support timely patient management and an efficient patient experience.

The role includes scheduling, coordination with operating room and other departments, and assisting with credentialing and budget activities. This position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and process improvement within a rural health setting.

Qualifications

• Five years' relevant experience: preferred.
• Education options include High School/GED or Associate’s/Technical Degree.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with physicians, nursing and the care team to ensure timely patient management.
• Fills role of surgery scheduler and coordinates with hospital departments for patient tests, diagnostics and procedures.
• Coordinates patient flow and staff activities to ensure prompt, courteous responses and efficient clinic operations.
• Supports credentialing processes, including license renewals, and assists with budget preparation.
