Banner Health’s Chandler Health Center is seeking a Practice Supervisor to lead front office and referrals operations in a high-volume clinic. You will guide non-physician staff, support scheduling, and ensure smooth patient flow and communication across the care team.

As a leader in a patient-centered environment, you will promote accountability, develop staff, and uphold policies while coordinating with providers to optimize clinic operations and the patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Associate's degree and excellent communication skills.
• Minimum two years in a physician's office or medical environment.
• Strong supervision, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of billing, coding, and referral/authorization processes is a plus.

• Supervise day-to-day activities of non-physician staff and ensure productivity.
• Schedule staff and oversee timecard accuracy and deployment.
• Oversee front and back office functions including reception, scheduling, and records.
• Serve as liaison between staff and physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain clinic policies and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Monitor supply inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
