The position reports to regional leadership and collaborates with physicians and staff to optimize performance, patient care, and the patient journey within Banner’s integrated care model.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with KPIs and operations.
• Ability to lead a small business within an integrated healthcare system.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strong financial performance by managing budgets, payroll, supplies, and charge capture.
• Provide leadership and promote teamwork; engage staff and physicians.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies.
• Oversee facility maintenance and equipment needs.
• Build community partnerships and support Banner’s brand positioning.
• Monitor operations and drive efficiency and quality; manage patient experience.
• Lead service recovery and maintain a culture of safety.
