Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a seasoned administrator to lead front-office operations and align staff with policy-driven care delivery in Petaluma.

You will collaborate with the Medical Office Manager and Chief of Staff to ensure access, compliance, and high-quality patient experiences, while coordinating with physicians, health plans, and administrative teams. This full-time leadership role supports Providence's mission and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a medical office setting or supervisory/managerial experience.
• Must be able to drive and provide license/auto insurance upon request.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience interpreting and implementing policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office staffing levels and operations.
• Collaborate with the Medical Office Manager/Administrator and Chief of Staff.
• Serve as liaison between staff, physicians, health plans, MSO and admin team.
