• Ensure on-time starts and rapid resolution of workflow bottlenecks.
• Oversee quality and safety through daily 5S walks and vaccine logistics.
• Provide people leadership with weekly one-to-ones and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate POS collections and waste reduction.
