Job summary

Humana Inc. CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Center Administrator to run a safe, patient-first clinic. You will orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers to deliver high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience on site.

You will drive a smooth clinic rhythm, oversee 5S quality and safety, lead teams, manage purchases and POS, and own the service recovery process to resolve patient concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Understanding clinic operations and patient care processes.
• Proficient computer literacy and use of clinic software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily flow management with morning huddles and real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
• Oversee quality and safety through 5S walkthroughs and vaccine cold-chain/sterilization logs.
• Lead people development with weekly one-to-ones and staff scheduling oversight.
• Ensure administrative excellence by stabilizing inbox aging, purchasing, and POS collections.
• Own patient experience by managing service recovery and resolving concerns the same day.
