• 6+ years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or district management.
• High EQ and ability to work with families and diverse teams.
• Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Track monthly KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families, guiding onboarding.
• Lead and retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Director and leaders on operations quality.
