Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree.
• At least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of non-physician staff and monitors operations.
• Trains, coaches, and schedules staff across offices.
• Oversees reception, scheduling, patient service areas, and medical records functions.
• Acts as liaison between staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains office policies in line with physician and clinic requirements.
• Coordinates maintenance and supplies; resolves facility issues.
• Covers front/back office functions and may administer medications as directed.
• Provides guidance to ensure efficient practice operations and strong patient experiences.
