Banner Health in Sterling, Colorado is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in a clinic setting. You will room patients, collect vitals and med lists, triage, assist with vaccines and procedures, and support a patient‑centered care team.

The position runs day shift hours Monday–Friday 7am–7pm with rotating Saturdays 8am–12pm. A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 1‑year commitment; Colorado LPN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid LPN or LVN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Completion of a state approved IV therapy program may be required in certain facilities and/or departments.

Responsabilités

• Room patients, gather chief complaint, vitals, med list, allergies and history.
• Triage patients by phone and in the office; refill meds and assist with vaccines.
• Assist providers in procedures; document care and communicate status to the team.
• Maintain accurate charting, discharge planning input and coordination with team.
