Job summary

Banner Health Center in Sterling, CO is seeking an LPN/LVN to support clinical care on day shift. You will assist providers, room patients, collect vital signs and med lists, and help with vaccines and injections. The role includes triage by phone and in the office, with schedule Monday–Friday 7am–7pm and rotating Saturdays 8am–12pm.

Requires Colorado LPN license and BLS. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in state of practice (or compact licensure).
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in the clinic, room patients, obtain chief complaint, vital signs, med list, allergies, and past medical history.
• Triage patients by phone and in person; refill meds and assist with vaccines and injections.
• Assist with procedures and maintain accurate documentation following policies and standards.
• Communicate patient status to care team and ensure continuity of care.
