Job summary

Royo Eye Care is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee clinic flow, patient care, and staff competency. The role supports practice operations and emphasizes Excellence, Compassion, Patient Care, Integrity, and Community.

The position requires shifts Monday through Friday with standard clinic hours, and a focus on maintaining high standards of care while coordinating with management for staff performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum one year of clinic technician experience is required.
• COT (Certified Ophthalmic Technician) / COA (Certified Ophthalmic Assistant) Certifications are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to maintain an orderly and efficient clinic routine.
• Ensure patient care standards and customer service are met.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on staff performance and training.
• Assist in implementing organizational initiatives and improving processes.
• Support clinic operations to optimize office efficiency.
