You will coach physicians, APPs and staff to perform to their full potential, align with the Regional Manager, and drive performance improvement and operational excellence.

The role requires change-management capabilities and a strong grounding in revenue cycle and healthcare operations to transform vision into actionable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Master's degree and 2 years leadership experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards.
• Coach and mentor staff, physicians and advance practice providers to maximize their capability.
• Lead change management and performance improvement initiatives aligned with Regional Manager.
