Uvalde Memorial Medical Center is seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned physician clinics and service lines in Uvalde, TX. You will lead Clinic Supervisors, Team Leads, and staff, partnering with providers and leadership to improve workflows, access, and patient satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations, administrative processes, and medical terminology.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with providers, employees, patients, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with EHR, Microsoft Office, and medical billing software.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial performance and drive improvements.

• Oversee daily operations of assigned physician practices and service lines to promote efficient workflows and patient access.
• Monitor patient flow, provider schedules, appointment utilization, staffing levels, and overall clinic performance.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflow improvements across assigned clinics.
• Lead and support Clinic Supervisors, Team Leads, and designated clinic staff through coaching and accountability.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and retention efforts.
• Monitor financial and operational measures including patient volumes, provider productivity, labor productivity, overtime, collections, denials, and AR.
