Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi seeks a Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations at assigned health centers, ensuring excellent patient care and efficient staffing. You will supervise clinic staff, drive onboarding, and partner with leadership to meet performance goals.

On-site role requiring strong people leadership, healthcare operations knowledge, and commitment to PPTNM's mission and values. Salary range reflects leadership level and location.

Formación

• Outpatient healthcare supervision and management experience.
• Experience with staff scheduling, patient service, and performance management.
• Experience with EPIC and healthcare administrative systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and staffing.
• Serve as on-site operational leader and point of contact for staff.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Monitor patient flow, service quality, and patient experience.
• Oversee billing and revenue cycle coordination with leadership.
