Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. is seeking a Health Center Manager to oversee daily health center operations and lead a team of clinicians and staff in providing reproductive healthcare.

You will ensure compliance with protocols, supervise staff, and drive performance while maintaining exceptional patient service. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, training, and the ability to manage patient flow and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities within a health center setting.
• Commitment to quality patient care and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise health center staff and manage day-to-day operations.
• Lead team to provide reproductive healthcare services with high patient satisfaction.
• Communicate directives and provide training for affiliate priorities and changes.
• Drive productivity and revenue goals by ensuring appointment availability.
• Coach and develop staff; run regular meetings for teamwork and problem solving.
• Oversee staff hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor health center flow, patient volume, and billing accuracy.
• Maintain facility upkeep in collaboration with facilities team and ensure safety standards.
• Foster positive communication and handle employee relations issues promptly.
• Ensure ongoing training is available and completed for direct reports.
