Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager for Eugene Country Club to lead daily clinic operations and support our healthcare team. You will drive patient-centered workflows, coordinate staff tasks, and partner with the Practice Manager to maintain service excellence.

You will supervise front desk and medical assistant teams, ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards, and help optimize schedules and inventory across clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year lead or supervisory experience preferred (primary care).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Recent Medical Assistant experience (6 months) preferred.
• CMA and CPT certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations with patient-centered workflows.
• Ensure staff complete tasks per shift and escalate to Practice Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager on staff issues and scheduling.
• Maintain open communication with staff and providers; provide support.
• Cover front/back office as needed and manage inventory with PM.
• Scrub schedules and support ongoing optimization; ensure HIPAA compliance.
