Job summary

Qualifications

• Must work well in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certified or obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinic operations, including patient registrations, scheduling, and medical records.
• Assists with billing activities, denials, and collections as needed.
• Oversees staff scheduling, onboarding, and education; assists with payroll/timekeeping.
• Addresses issues to improve clinic flow and patient care; handles patient inquiries.
• Leads huddles, participates in meetings, and ensures safety and departmental policies are followed.
