Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group seeks a Clinic Leader to oversee daily operations across assigned clinic locations, ensuring proficient and compliant service delivery. You will lead a team, guide hiring, training, and development, and coordinate solutions across departments.

This role partners with the Medical Director to drive clinic success, monitors budgets, and implements educational programs in alignment with our mission and core values. Travel to MercyOne sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program; leadership experience may substitute in limited cases.
• Experience managing colleagues in healthcare preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of assigned clinic locations to ensure high quality service and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Medical Director to ensure clinic success and monitor budget.
• Develop, implement and monitor clinic objectives, processes and standards in line with MercyOne Medical Group mission.
