Job summary

You will work with the Center Medical Director and Outreach Manager to ensure efficient staffing, training on new initiatives, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
• Proficient PC skills and US work authorization.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages common in local communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at a single primary care clinic location, aligning with company values and standards.
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical team members and support operational initiatives.
• Drive patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes using measurable metrics.
• Implement in-clinic operational initiatives and train teams on new workflows.
• Ensure efficient patient scheduling and maintain building-related operations with Facilities.
