Cardinal Health, Inc. in Fresno is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor to support and lead the MA team within daily clinic operations. You will work closely with the Medical Assistant Manager to ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to policies.

The role includes coaching staff, training, monitoring workflows, and addressing staffing or performance concerns, collaborating with providers and clinical leadership to maintain a safe, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification required.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow oversight to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Ensure staff members follow clinical guidelines, safety protocols and health regulations.
• Develop staff with trainings, coaching and 1:1 meetings.
• Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints.
• Be a support to the Medical Assistant Manager.
• Monitor provider schedule to ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Other duties to be assigned.
