Oak Street Health is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead the operations of a single primary care clinic in Dayton. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, optimize patient scheduling, and drive engagement and clinical outcomes using metrics and best practices.

The role emphasizes running a patient-centric clinic, implementing new initiatives, and maintaining strong collaboration with the Medical Director and Outreach Manager.

Formación

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical/healthcare setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with clinic software.
• US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of 15+.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and safely on a daily basis, with appropriate staffing.
• Lead in-clinic operational initiatives and train the team on new workflows.
• Ensure patient scheduling processes are efficient and effective.
• Oversee facilities and liaise with Facilities and alarm monitoring teams.
