In this role, you'll help coordinate daily practice activities, support team members, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with providers to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using EHR systems and healthcare office technology.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead resource for admin and clinical staff with guidance and training.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations to maintain efficient workflows.
• Partner with providers to manage patient flow and appointments.
• Support policy implementation and consistency across the clinic.
• Onboard and train new team members and foster staff development.
• Address patient questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.
