Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for diagnostics and tests; maintain patient records.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure readiness.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and practice policies.
• Lead recruitment for hourly staff and manage onboarding.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staff attendance.
• Complete incident reports and report workers’ comp claims.
• Provide staff training and uphold productivity and quality standards.
• Review work quality and advise on hiring, terminations, and pay adjustments.
