Middlesex Recovery, P.C. in New Hampshire seeks a full-time Treatment Center Director to lead a diverse team of physicians, counselors and clinical staff in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on ensuring efficient daily operations, budget performance and a strong patient care ethos.

The director will drive regulatory compliance, supervise staff, manage hiring and training, and partner with leadership to expand access to treatment while maintaining a compliant, patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of clinic operations and addiction treatment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to develop budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience interfacing with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversees operation and performance of the clinic.
• Manages clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring and training staff.
• Provides direction and communicates corporate goals to field personnel.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, HIPAA, CARF, JCAHO and other bodies.
