You will supervise staff, optimize workflows, ensure compliant, patient-centered care, and collaborate with physicians, HR, billing, and leadership to resolve issues and advance priorities.

The role involves travel between locations and a focus on access, service quality, and performance metrics to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive clinical practice management experience.
• Knowledge of medical-office operations, patient scheduling, and revenue-cycle workflows.
• Willingness and ability to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Mesa clinic operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing coverage, patient flow, scheduling, and operational readiness.
• Monitor appointment templates, provider schedules, wait times, cancellations, no-shows, and clinic capacity; recommend improvements for access and productivity.
• Coordinate operational needs across front office, medical assistants, referral/authorization teams, billing, and external service partners.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, facility requests, and routine service schedules within budget.
• Support implementation of new providers, employees, services, and technology; provide staff direction and coaching.
