MountainView Medical Group is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership for physician practices across the market. You will manage budgets, optimize workflows, and drive growth initiatives while partnering with corporate and facility leadership to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or seven+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and long-term strategic direction of assigned physician practices, aligning with organizational goals
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to set operational and financial goals and monitor performance
• Ensures scheduling, billing, patient access, and clinical support function efficiently across locations
• Leads growth initiatives, new services, and business development in assigned markets
• Coordinates physician contracting, onboarding, compensation oversight, and performance monitoring with corporate partners
• Acts as liaison between clinics and corporate support functions to ensure policy consistency
• Ensures data integrity, patient privacy, and HIPAA compliance in systems and procedures
• Oversees opening, integration, and transition of new practices or acquisitions
• Monitors facility readiness, environment of care, and patient safety protocols
• Performs other duties and maintains reliable attendance
