Job summary

MountainView Medical Group in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Senior Administrator, Clinics to provide strategic and operational leadership for physician practices. You will guide financial and operational performance, oversee budgeting, and support physician engagement and recruitment across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, billing, patient access, and compliance, while coordinating with corporate partners to implement growth initiatives within the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
• Seven or more years of direct experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and long-term strategic direction of assigned physician practices.
• Collaborates with leadership to set operational and financial goals and monitor performance.
• Ensures scheduling, billing, patient access and clinical support run efficiently across locations.
• Coordinates physician contracting activities including onboarding and compensation oversight.
• Acts as liaison between clinics and corporate support functions to enforce policies.
• Maintains data integrity and HIPAA compliance; oversees new practice openings or acquisitions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required

Master's Degree preferred

Seven years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

3-5 years leadership experience
