Job summary

The Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Director of Operations based in Park City, Utah, overseeing administrative and clinical operations across Park City, Cottonwood Heights, and Heber. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, and patient experience, working with physicians to align clinical goals with operational results.

Located on-site with frequent travel between locations, this role partners with Marketing, Finance, and HR to ensure efficient clinic performance and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Proven success in multi-site practice management, ideally orthopedic.
• Ability to implement strategic initiatives with measurable growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at multiple clinic locations and coordinate schedules.
• Partner with Market President and physicians on growth initiatives and EBITDA goals.
• Develop and monitor Clinic budgets and ensure operations stay within budget.
• Ensure staff deliver high-quality patient care and HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and office systems for efficiency.
• Train and onboard clinical and administrative staff across locations.
• Prepare stakeholder metrics and present trends to leadership.
