Job summary

Vista Community Clinic (VCC) is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead clinic-wide operations, ensuring staff are trained, schedules are optimized, and high-quality patient care is delivered across multiple sites in Southern California.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, compliance with DHS licensing, and collaboration with leadership to maintain productive, patient-centered services. A strong background in clinic operations and EMR systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of clinical management experience.
• Four years of experience and training in clinical systems.
• CPR Certification (BLS Child, Infant, Adult) required.
• Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Dental Assistants, Medical Assistants, Patient Service Representatives and other clinic staff.
• Manage staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
