Job summary

Vista Community Clinic, a private, non‑profit multi‑specialty outpatient clinic, is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead clinical staff, and ensure high‑quality patient care across multiple sites.

You will supervise Dental Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Patient Service Representatives, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with leadership to maintain productive clinic performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ experience in clinical management experience.
• Minimum four years’ experience and training in clinical systems.
• CPR Certification (BLS Child, Infant, Adult).
• Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of clinic staff including Dental Assistants, Medical Assistants and Patient Service Representatives.
• Schedule staff and clinicians, monitor attendance and time off.
• Coordinate clinic operations to ensure timely, professional patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clinician schedules and daily site access to care coordination across sites.
• Support implementation of clinic programs, protocols and policies; ensure DHS licensing compliance.
• Assist in audits, site visits and equipment maintenance and calibration as scheduled.
