Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency required.
• BA/BS in Public Health, Healthcare Admin, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in an organization with at least 15 people.
• 3+ years of medical management at Manager+ level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Experience in a community health center setting preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to meet mission objectives and ensure services meet contractual obligations and budget.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership (provider productivity, expenses, workflows, outreach data).
• Liaise with outside auditors and government agencies; resolve audit issues.
• Direct clinic management, policies, and QA/QI programs coordination.
• Develop organization-wide and department-wide policies and programs.
• Cultivate clinician relationships to optimize patient care and experience.
• Coordinate with HR and Clinic Manager on staff performance and recruitment.
