The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services seeks a Management Analyst I to collect and analyze data from multiple clinic service lines to assess efficiency and fiscal compliance.

The role develops quality assurance programs, establishes tracking systems for operational improvements, and works with clinic billing and the fiscal office to maximize reimbursement while supervising staff and advising management on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in conducting studies and statistics, or six months of related analytical experience
• Six months experience in descriptive statistics and statistical analysis
• Six months experience in narrative report writing
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, or analysis of variance
• Knowledge of clinic billing procedures and cash management
• Valid driver's license required
