Job summary

DHSS/Administration in Delaware seeks a Management Analyst III to support operations administration within the Information Resource Management division. The role focuses on budget documentation across ten divisions, overseeing hiring processes, and monitoring time reporting for federally funded programs.

You will conduct operational studies to measure efficiency, analyze policies, and may supervise administrative staff, reporting to the IRM Director.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience conducting studies evaluating operations, programs, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Three years of experience with descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation).
• Three years of experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Six months of experience designing studies including determining goals, data sources, and collection methods.
• Six months of experience making recommendations for operational changes based on study findings.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, f-tests, or analysis of variance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations administration for DHSS IRM budget documentation across ten divisions.
• Oversee the hiring process.
• Monitor time reporting for federally funded programs.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Perform operational studies to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze policies and procedures.
