College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy in Fayetteville, AR seeks an experienced administrator to manage operating and capital budgets, ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory standards, and lead clinic administration with FH FCC guidelines.

The role oversees hiring, training, coaching staff, and monitors patient billing processes, denial management, and CPT/ICD-10 coding to optimize reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in physician practice including supervisory responsibilities.
• Financial/analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance rules, including reimbursement, third party payers, pre-certification, ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of medical, financial, and staff related information.

Responsabilités

• Manage operating and capital budgets and control expenditures.
• Ensure accreditation standards and regulatory requirements for JCAHO, CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and others.
• Develop, implement policies and procedures for the clinic with FH FCC oversight.
• Hire, train, counsel, coach and supervise staff with HR guidance.
• Oversee patient billing, working denials, and CPT/ICD-10 coding to optimize reimbursement.
