Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas, Inc. is seeking a clinic administrator to oversee operating and capital budgets, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance across the Fayetteville site.

The role focuses on improving financial performance, coding accuracy, and patient service quality within a patient-centered clinical environment. You will work closely with clinic leadership to implement policies, manage billing, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in physician practice including supervisory responsibilities.
• Financial/analytical skills essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating and capital budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure accreditation standards and regulatory compliance (JCAHO, CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Hire, train, coach and supervise staff with HR guidance.
• Address patient complaints and implement process improvements.
• Oversee billing processes, CPT/ICD-10 coding and denials workflow.
• Monitor clinic operations and drive corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
