Qualifications

• Associate degree/medical secretary or 2 years coding experience
• Two years physician office experience or two to three years medical related office/supervisor experience
• Strong data collection and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Maintains/updates physician files.
• Maintains secretarial/organizational skills at high level.
• Maintains monthly patients/procedure information file for data collections/reporting.
• Responsible for coding of all surgeries/visits under physician directions
• Maintains high level of communication skills as well as computer/word processing skills.
